Each year, The Keg restaurant takes artwork done by our Littles/matches and displays them at a fundraising event. We would appreciate any help from our matches on this Sunday afternoon. Any type of artwork is welcome. We will provide some art supplies as well as light snacks and beverages!

Zippy's Java Lounge is celebrating their 4th anniversary and the birthday of the famous Zippy! FREE - From 3-5pm there will be live music. FREE - From 4-7pm there will be board games. All day there will be Zippy's Trivia & Prizes. DISCOUNTS for "Bigs" and "Littles" all day for food and beverages, with specials for our matches throughout the event. 10% of all their daily sales will go to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Snohomish County!

South gate will open at 6pm. The Aquasox game begins at 7:05. Plan to stay for the post-game fireworks display. It can get chilly at the stadium, so be sure to bring a jacket or a blanket! Enter through the South Gate of Everett Memorial Stadium. Look for the Frogstock table just inside the South Gate, where we'll be distributing: free tickets (with RSVP), sourvenir Frogstock buttons, Frogbucks (good to spend at the concession and souvenir stands), wrist bracelets entitling kids to do the Speed Pitch and Bouncy House free of charge, and FREE t-shirts for the first 150 guests!

As always, we will be providing a full barbecue lunch and backpacks. This year, the picnic will be at Wiggums Hollow Park, right here in Everett! Enjoy the playground and the skate park as well as food and possibly a Big vs. Little kickball game! Be sure to RSVP to your Match Support Specialist so that we're sure to have enough food for everybody. Have a great summer, and we'll see you at Wiggums Hollow!

Through the mystery of magic and the mastery of skill, audiences will be spellbound as Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey presents ZING ZANG ZOOM, a thrill-filled, mind-blowing circus spectacular where family fun is no illusion. Magical Zingmaster Alex and his assistant, Levitytia, lead audience members through an extraordinary world of fantasy that celebrates the uplifting spirit of the circus and also wards off the cynical Mr. Gravity and his team of "heavies" who try to bring everyone down.
Don't miss the show before the show! Step onto the arena floor and into the Greatest Show on Earth to all access pre-show. The fun starts an hour before show time, and it's free to all ticket holders!

MUST RSVP to get discounted tickets in one area specifically for our Big Brothers Big Sisters matches, families and friends. Price per ticket is $11.00 (normally $21). RSVP and pay for your tickets by Thursday July 23rd in order for us to purchase all tickets by the deadline of Friday the 24th.

Opening day is always a blast with activities galore. The charismatic Pirates of Puget Sound will storm the jetty in time to assist with our flag raising ceremony. Entertainment includes a demonstration of traditional pirate skills and folklore followed by a treasure hunt. Good luck beating the pirates to their treasure, all buried deep in the sand of Jetty Island. Finders, keepers!

The Everett Public Library's Main Library auditorium will be hosting a family movie night, featuring the fantasy movie "A City of Ember" rated PG. Show time is 95 minutes. It will be showing on the 8th at the Main Library (2702 Hoyt) and the 16th at the Evergreen Branch Library (9512 Evergreen Way)

Geocache Challenge
Jetty Island

Geocaching is an outdoor treasure-hunting game in which the participants use a GPS or other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers (called "geochaches" or "caches"). On Jetty Island, one course is designated for individuals, one for groups or families (OR BBBS MATCHES); both courses will be timed. Register on Jetty Island the day of the event. Bring your own GPS unit.

Free Family Fun. "building for a better tomorrow." The National Night Out Against Crime is an annual family-oriented event put on by the City of Mountlake Terrace. The National Night Out (NNO) is designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, strengthen neighborhood spirit and partnerships and send a message that our neighborhoods are organized. Take this time to meet your neighbors and learn about your community. There will be plenty of food, information and entertainment!
