Michael B. Jordan Launches National Fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters

Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is partnering with Warner Bros. Pictures to co-promote the release of Creed, a new chapter in the iconic Rocky story. In Creed, Rocky’s role takes place outside the ring as he trains and mentors the son of a former opponent. Apollo Creed’s son Adonis Johnson, played by Michael B. Jordan, seeks out Rocky to help him carve out a name for himself.

Big Brothers Big Sisters and Warner Bros. Pictures have teamed up with Omaze to give our supporters the opportunity to donate $10 or more for a chance to win a Rocky-style workout with Michael B. Jordan! The best part? All entries support Big Brothers Big Sisters. There’s also the opportunity to receive Creed-themed thank you gifts for donations of $25-$500. The campaign will run from November 18, 2015- December 18, 2015.

Local YMCA's host our Giving Trees

Each year during the holiday season, Big Brothers Big Sisters puts up Giving Trees at local YMCA branches, to collect gift cards that we then donate to our Little Brothers and Little Sisters.

Between November 27th and December 21st, simply visit your local YMCA branch, pick up a tag, purchase the gift card for the child, and drop the card back off in the Giving Tree box or drop it off in our offices in Everett. Working together, we can make this holiday season extra special for all the Littles in our program. Thank you!
