The "What To Do" lottery
As some of you may know, I first got involved with BBBS
when I was in 1st grade. 25 years later I'm honored to say
I'm once again celebrate a 1 year anniversary, but this
time as a Big.
Sean is a great 9 year old who's a blast to hang out with.
Now we're hanging out every weekend. We have been everywhere
from Safeco field for a Mariners game, to the Everett Events
Center to see the Harlem Globetrotters.

Recently I subscribed to the Herald, which had a promotion
giving away free Entertainment coupon books. Sean &
I went through them, plucking out all the places we would
like to go. Now when we get together, Sean without looking,
picks out a coupon out of a box! Where we go next? The Kids
Museum, Funtasia, Chuck E Cheese, Woodland Park Zoo, Go
Karts, Mini-Golf, Wall Climbing?
It's turned into a great way to make the most of our time
together. We've already decided it's a place we'd like to
go, and all the info is printed on the 2 for 1 coupon.
I think this is a great resource especially for new matches
having trouble coming up withactivity ideas. I asked our
local Entertainment Book Rep. Mei McRae if she could spare
a few copies...She's sending 60 copies which I will drop
off as soon as they arrive.
